The Beast Of Zootopia part 1

September 20th 2016 The city of Zootopia were Mammals from all species lived in harmony and live as humans do even though live can be messy for some and they sometimes make mistakes but change starts somewhere.

One evening a thick fog covered the city for most mammals travelling through fog was tricky even with fog lights in their cars but sometimes ancient secrets and stories of monsters can be told,
because of the fog on this particular night Officer Fangmire was heading back from Sahara Square as he placed his key into the ignition port he reported back to Clawhauser who confirmed it.

As Fangmire drove through the fog he could not help but feel nervous since he heard two camels told him of a monster that had been seen at night when fog was around as he was heading towards Savannah Central he heard some sort of a howl in the night as it faded away.

“Hello?!” “Um who’s there?” “I… I got to get back fog or no fog!” Fangmire said as he tried to clear his mind about the unpleasant moment after arriving in Savannah Central, the tiger officer got out of his police car at a nearby coffee shop to order a drink hopefully something hot would chill his nerves.

“One hot coco with cream and marshmallows please” he asked as the member of staff a pig prepared the drink soon as it was done he gave to Officer Fangmire.

“That would be $2.99 please” said the pig as Fangmire gave him the money and received the change, outside the fog was thick as ever Officer Fangmire shrugged his jacket as he shivered as he drank some of his hot coco.

But somewhere out in the fog something big was coming his way as booming footsteps thundered in Fangmire’s direction.

“Who’s there?” he called but to his shock and horror a monster made from different body parts of animals stitched together thundered past and straight into the fog quickly Fangmire dropped the cup and ran to his car picking up the radio he called the Zootopia Police Department.

“This is Officer Fangmire I’m reporting the sighting of some sort of a monster heading towards Tundra-Town requesting immediate back-up!” he called into the radio as he started his car and followed after the monster but when he arrived as Tundra-Town the monster had disappeared.

As Officer Fangmire got out of his car he saw the footprints of the beast as he followed them he saw they were leading to Frostpaw Manor the home of Lady Mary Frostpaw a widow who lived at the estate for some time.

Worried that Lady Frostpaw was in danger Fangmire knocked on the door as it was answered by a sheep she was Jane Bleaton the caretakers of the estate. “Oh thank goodness you are here officer quick the mistress is this way!”

Bleaton said as she lead Fangmire through the home. “Lady Mary are you okay?” Fangmire as he saw in shock Lady Frostpaw’s body lying face up revealing a look of shock and fear on her face in the gazebo.

Fangmire felt her palm to see if there was a pulse but unfortunately he didn’t felt any Lady Frostpaw was dead. “I’m afraid there’s nothing we can’t do for her now” Fangmire said to Bleaton.

“I’ll radio for help with the body” the tiger said sadly as the sheep looked saddened by this news but as Fangmire headed for his car he noticed footprints around the gazebo.

“What there’s no way two animals could have made those footprints …… unless it was!” Fangmire’s theory was interrupted as a low howl echoed in the foggy night as a breeze swirled snow in the air.
