So Once upon a studio Didn't get a nomination.....
You want to know about what I think...… I say to heck with the Academy Awards. Now before you say anything, listen to what I have to say. "Any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason right?" The magic that helped Disney from the last 100 years is not some kind of miraculous power. It came from the hard work and dedication of the staff that worked at Disney use their talents that only worked when the creative energy that flows inside of us, and the creative magic in the mind are in perfect synchronisation. Over the the 100 years, Disney's films were nominated and some were not. But that didn't stop Disney, it continued to move forward and the films they did continued to get better. If we worry about pointless statues, we fail to see the true award that Disney won. The love of fans young and old Disney received. So don't let those pompous snobs at the academy awards push you down or those Disney haters scare you, follow the path that you believe in and someday. Disney
Disney's Wish
Hi Guys, Leo Lionheart here with another Journal update. Now, about a month back I made two journals about Disney's 100th anniversary as well as the short "Once upon a Studio" well to add to the magic. Disney released it's newest film, Wish a couple of days back and it's due for release tomorrow here in the UK. Now to avoid spoilers for the film I'm going to provide a synopsis for the film itself: The story focuses on a 17-year-old girl named Asha, who makes a passionate plea to the stars in a moment of need after sensing a darkness in the Kingdom of Rosas that no one else does. Now as Many have you may have learned, this film got mixed reviews from critics. Well, I don't care much for what critics say. And from what I saw myself, I'm going to give you my review on Disney's Wish. So with that out of the way, I'd better get down to some details about the film. Once Upon a Studio
Well, on Monday I saw the new Disney short: Once upon a Studio and I can honesty say. It was an absolutely wonderful tribute to 100 years of Disney's magic. (Sorry Warner Bros. no offence Bugs: Eh (munches on his carrot) None taken) Anyway Once upon a Studio was an honest to god, amazing love letter from Disney to their fans. Not only we got to see characters from lesser known films, but we also got to hear familiar well known actors who played them in the past. There were a few funny gags that made people laugh, we also got to see over 543 characters and also one of two touching moments where Mickey talks to the picture of the man who made Disney possible to begin with: Walt Disney. Also the finale where everyone sings the song that technically the national anthem of Disney. "When you wish Upon a star", it was the Icing on the cake. we did not only see the characters we fell in love and kept in our hearts but a family that came from the one ambition of a man that changed the

100 years ago, a magical kingdom was founded. A kingdom of enchantment and adventure, laughter and imagination. Where new and incredible worlds of joy and wonder just waiting to be discovered and in this marvellous kingdom. There lived many delightful friends who made our dreams come true and brought hope even in the darkest years. Today everyone around the world will celebrate in their own special way 100 years of magic with their Disney family as they proudly present "Once upon a Studio" a brand new short from Disney, which will be shown alongside a story, a century in the making: "Disney's Wish" Premiering November 22nd.
